History/Bio:
God blessed me to grow up in a Christian home where my parents instilled in me the importance of knowing Christ. I grew up playing sports, causing trouble, riding dirt bikes and four-wheelers with my friends just like any other active kid. Throughout my teenage years I developed a life long love for soccer, picked up snowboarding, and began to travel. Throughout high school I was living life for myself while continuing to show up at church for the big events. I graduated from high school in 2002, and the summer after graduation God placed a calling on my life that was undeniable and irrevocable. I surrendered my life to God that summer after a long process of the Holy Spirit convicting and breaking me over the sin that was in my life. That Fall I headed off to what was the best five years of my life in Wilmington, NC. I attended UNCW where I majored in Communication Studies and Spanish. Going to college at the beach was the best decision I could have ever made because I simply love the ocean. However, I also got my fill of the mountains working at Snowbird Wilderness Outfitters in Andrews, NC the summers of 03, 04, 05 and 07. Snowbird was the place where I received Christ and was baptized as a teenager. God continued to use this ministry in my life while on summer staff. Working at Snowbird gave me such an amazing opportunity to share my faith with both middle and high school students from across the country. It is also the place where I gained full assurance of the Lord's calling on my life to go and share my faith with the rest of the world. God has been faithful in revealing Himself to me over the last five years, teaching me about the importance of having a real relationship with Christ rather than a religion.

About the Mission:
Destination: London, England
I had the opportunity to study abroad in Santander, Spain during the Spring semester of my junior year in college. While in Spain I had the opportunity to visit about 10 different countries in both Eastern and Western Europe; one of which was England. After that four-month stint, I had fallen in love with everything about Europe. Almost a year later I went back to England on spring break for my second visit and renewed those sentiments. I haven't been to Europe in over a year and a half but I still feel such a strong desire for those people. God began to grow my heart for England specifically in January of 2007. Although I was very uncertain of this calling initially and had lots of unanswered questions, God's leading on my heart never wavered. Five months later God began to answer those questions by first telling me to be obedient and trust that He had ordained this for me. Along with that realization, God provided me with a sending organization, support and accountability stateside, and a partner to go with, all within 24 hours. We are now in the process of organizing and planning the next year of our lives. Although we don't have many specific details, we both desire to minister in the same way. We want to be completely involved and immersed in our new British culture. The plan thus far is to get a job, attend church, and hopefully connect with the people that are within our community. Ultimately we would like to begin to build a small community among believers for growth and discipleship. All the while, we will be attending and playing as much football (soccer) as possible.
Supporting This Mission
Before and throughout our time in England we will have many specific needs that we are relying on God to provide for: plane tickets, visas, insurance, housing, etc. We feel that God has put a responsibility on us to work full-time but also we know that certain needs will require outside support. Please pray for us and seek God about supporting us in any way possible.
